Do you offer Flash Designs?
A web site designed entirely in Flash is not recommended especially if you want search engine rankings. We do offer flash that can be incorporated into the design of a site but we do not design entirely in this format.

What is a Home Page Composition (Comp)?
The Home Page Comp is the first stage of your site design. It is the initial design of the site and is the basis for the entire look and feel. The comp is a solid graphic (an image that you cannot click on) that your Production Coordinator will send to you to review and apply changes or approve.

I don’t have time to write text. Can you do this for me?
We do offer copywriting and copyediting services at an additional cost. The average price is $100 per page (2-3 Paragraphs). Services will be quoted as-needed based on time and work involved.

How Many Changes am I allowed to make on the Design?
You are allowed to make up to 4 before extra time is quoted into the design.

What if I don’t host with charternet? How will you publish the web site?
Giving us FTP access with your hosting provider will allow us to publish the web site for you. If you do not have this or prefer not to give us access, we can send you the files to upload yourself; NOTE: if you are publishing your site we are NOT responsible for any mishaps that may occur (broken images, links, etc).

Now that you have launched my web site, I’d like to make some changes but I don’t know how. What do you charge?
Work applied to your site after it goes live is billed by time minimum of ½ hour. Please contact us for further information on the changes that is needed so we can determine what may be involved.

I haven’t received any business to my new web site. What can we do about that?
