and Gear List
The following is a comprehensive location
listing of gear aboard the vessel:
_Dock fenders (4) & dock lines (4) located in cockpit
locker.
_Water hose & 110 volt shore power electrical cord:
cockpit locker.
_Water tank manifold: nav station side door inside
storage compartment
_Fuel & Water deck keys: nav station side top draw
_Dingy tow Bridle: located in bow of dinghy.
_Emergency medical kit: located under nav seat.
_Emergency tiller and mooring pick- up pole: cockpit
locker.
_Emergency USCG approved (8) lifejackets: Cockpit port
locker.
_Ship's bell, flare kit, air horns, pine plugs: nav
station area.
_Tool kits: storage area under dinnette table settee
cushion.
_Deck fills: (2) waters tank fills located port aft
& midship.
_Deck fill: diesel fuel tank fill located starboard
aft.
_Fire Extinguishers (3) Nav station, base of mast &
port cockpit locker.
_Charts, divider, parallel rulers, ships paper, under
Nav tabletop.
_Ship's papers & Operating Manuals: storage area
under port dinette settee.
OPERATING PROCEDURES
Power:
Turn top (House) battery switch to "ON" and
(Engine) battery switch to "ON".
Located aft port stateroom below berth.
Engine:
TO START: Push
" Red" throttle engage lever "IN"
and move lever forward 3"
Turn key to aft position and engine will start right
up!
TO STOP: Push red "STOP"
button for 5 seconds located next to starting key.
Engine is stopped, Turn starting key to 12:00 position
and remove key.
*Please read Yanmar owners manual if
at all unsure.
Heads:
Aft and Forward: 10 full strokes of the pump handle
should finally discharge the head. (Note) the lever
should be flipped to the to "Wet Bowl" to
properly discharge the line. Flip the lever to to "Dry
Bowl". When finished, lever should be in the "Dry
Bowl" position.
Electrical: Circuit
breakers: Please take a moment to survey the breakboard
circuit panel which controls virtually all of the ship's
electrical circuits.
Ship's Power:
The ship's house power is supplied by (2) 12-volt battries
and the Engine starting power is by a separate 12-volt
battery.
Galley Area:
Icebox: to the left of the sink is the top loading
refrigerator When running the engine I recommend turning
on the switch for the refrigerator and the cold plate
will chill down quickly. It is recommend to start out
your trip with (2) blocks / bags of ice.
To drain the water, switch the "shower"
breaker to on.
Ice Box button is located below the left side of the
sink.

Stove Operation:
The stove is a fully gimballed, has three burners and
a oven.
To operate the stove turn on the valve on the tank,
located in the side aft port lazarette locker.
Then at the nav station, turn on the solenoid switch.
Turn and PUSH-IN stove top knob to left and light with
Sparklighter.
Hold in flame control knob for 15 seconds and burner
should stay lit.
Oven: Hold in oven control knob and light at bottom
rear of oven with Sparklighter .
Stove Off:
OFF: Turn control knobs to the right, switch
solenoid to OFF, and turn Propane tank to close.
