We have been using charternet.com since July of 2004 to advertise our canvas business, rorysmarine.com. Charternet has provided us with a large amount of the total traffic to the site. Recently, we added a second company, our online store, and decided to switch the focus of our premier account to this business as the canvas business was doing TOO well (we cannot keep up with the demand).

Our sales representative, Courtney, was extremely courteous, getting our request not only approved but having all the links changed to the new company within the last half hour of the day on a Friday. Her dedication and professionalism is exemplary. The investment made with Charternet has been the best advertising value we have found to date. I agree, the site is excellent. The interactive door builder (IDB)
exceeded the expectations of most people here. It turned out to be an
excellent selling tool. On the first day our new site went live, one of
our salespeople closed a $12,000.00 order over the phone. Our customer used the IDB to view different styles, and finally decided on the Vernon with 3 over 3 glass. Our customer was very impressed with the web site.
The old process would have taken days or even weeks by fax and mail.
